All About Sales is the main website for Optimise Recruitment; Optimise is a Northamptonshire based Recruitment Agency, specialising within the Sales Industry across all sectors.

Optimise recruit for the whole of Northamptonshire including Northampton, Wellingborough, Corby, Kettering, Rushden, Daventry, and even as far as Peterborough. Optimise also provide office staff from Receptionists, to Office Managers and will always work closely with their clients and be honest on any feed back.

Building up a network in the area for suppliers and clients was a fundamental key in making sure Northants recruitment company, Optimise, was going to survive within the current climate.
So wouldn’t it be fabulous to share this knowledge with other people! Not only to provide them with recommended suppliers that can provide them with a first class service, but also to assist them in reaching their goals and to be the best that they can be.

Company Profile

Tracy Stephen (the founder of Optimise Recruitment) has worked in Sales since 1989 and recruitment since 2003. When she relocated from Milton Keynes to Rushden, she realised there was an opportunity to provide local businesses a personal & professional recruitment service.

So in 2007 Tracy started working as a sole trader under the name of TSR Consultancy.

By July 2008 TSR Consultancy became a limited company and re-branded, becoming Optimise Recruitment Ltd. With a new company, comes new marketing, and of course a new website.
