Q. I want to advertise a vacancy, but do not want an agency contact me; what can I do to prevent this.
A. There is a box you can click to stop a call from Optimise Recruitment and if you place the wording of ‘No agencies please’ this will ensure agencies cannot contact you for this role

Q. Do Optimise Recruitment cover National Sales Roles?
A. Yes we can provide recruitment for the whole of England

Q. What if I want to be listed in the Partner Directory?
A. All you need to do is go to the ‘Become a Partner’ section and register your details you will be contacted by the Managing Director and talked through your options and what will be required of you.

Q. As a Recruitment Agency, am I allowed to advertise my vacancies on here?
A. After the details are checked by our management centre all jobs will be posted

Q. Are the rates negotiable?
A. If there is a high volume of recruitment, then there can be negotiation of rates

Q. How will I know my information has been received?
A. You will receive an email confirmation within 2 hours of posting
