Partners Terms & Conditions

This Partner/Affiliate Agreement (the "Agreement") is made by and between Optimise Recruitment Ltd. ("all-about-sales.com"), and you, as a Partner/Affiliate utilising the all-about-sales.com service ("You", "Your", "Partner” & “Affiliate").

You must agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement in order to participate. Please read this Agreement carefully before registering and using the Service as an Affiliate. By signing upall-about-sales.com, you indicate Your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and conditions. If You do not accept this Agreement, do not use theall-about-sales.com Service as an Partner/Affiliate.

The following agreement is summarised as follows:

  • You place your details on your own company within the details required to place on to the Partner pages
  • We will email you with qualified business leads and opportunities via our contact/enquiry form
  • The layout of the page may change slightly any time
  • Adult, Hate, or other related sites are not allowed
  • Any explicit content or information that can be seen as offensive will not be listed.
  • You will need to pay your £100 + VAT within 7 days of receiving the email which will be confirmed with read receipt.
  • All statistics are collected and calculated by all-about-sales.com
  • Any page must be written in English
  • As an affiliate, you can only have 1 account per region.
  • You can only list one domain and one company in one account
  • Your physical address listed MUST be your registered Head Office or Regional Offices
  • A link to all-about-sales.com web site does not mean that all-about-sales.com endorses or accepts any responsibility for the content or the use of our web site and therefore will not be liable for any misuse of the content.
  • You cannot SPAM. We will terminate your account on the first offence of SPAMMING. Do not send email to lists or groups that you do not have permission to send to. We cannot stress this enough, we WILL terminate your account on the first offense.
  • You may place banners or links within your newsletters, in content of your website, or within other web related content.
  • Partner accounts that are in debt for longer than 30 days will be removed from the Partners page until payment is received.
  • NOT ALLOWED: All other uses of banners or links, such as newsgroups, chat rooms, ICQ, message boards, banner networks, hit farms, counters, or guestbooks etc. are NOT allowed.
  • NOT ALLOWED: Any placement of creative in a "Desktop" advertising scheme. This includes any and all 3rd party advertising platforms that use a desktop application to display ads in any form.
  • Failure to abide by these rules could mean termination and exclusion from any further affiliation in the future.
  • Fraud is a serious offence, and will be treated as such. Fraud is defined as any action that intentionally attempts to create sales, leads, or click-throughs using robots, frames, iframes, scripts, or manually "refreshing" of pages, for the sole purpose of creating commissions. ANY ATTEMPTED FRAUD OR FRAUD WILL RESULT IN MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION
